The Litchfield Hills and the Berkshires offer some of the most beautiful scenery in the country!  Feed your sweet heart chocolate covered strawberries with a romantic lunch for two on the banks of the Farmington River.  Indulge in Fine Wine, Cheeses, Fruit and Homemade Bread with listening to a string quartet at Tanglewood or Norfolk’s Music Shed.  Relax in our scenic grounds with a game of chess and a couple of sandwiches made just to your liking.  Our chef individually prepares each basket  with our delicious home made fare, cutlery, glassware, china and napkins………. and you do the rest.  Ask the innkeeper to design your personal basket to make your activity perfect!
