Microweddings, Celebrations & Reunions
Manor House Inn · Norfolk, Connecticut · Litchfield Hills
1 hour from Hartford, New Haven & Albany · 2.5 hours from New York & Boston

Some of the most meaningful gatherings are the smallest ones. A wedding of twenty people who actually matter. A reunion of siblings who haven't been in the same room in years. A milestone birthday celebrated around a single table with the people who know you best.
Manor House Inn was built for this depth of connection — not spectacle, but substance.
Celebrations
Manor House is an ideal setting for milestone birthdays, anniversaries, retirement dinners, and other intimate celebrations that deserve more than a restaurant private room. Our private chef, curated menus, and the warmth of the Inn's historic spaces make for an evening that feels genuinely held rather than managed.
Celebrations can be arranged as standalone events or combined with overnight accommodations for guests. Meal service for up to twenty in our main dining room, or up to 30 including our library space. Custom menus available in advance.
Reunions
There is something that happens when a family or a group of old friends finally occupies the same space again — something that can't be replicated on a call or in a group text. Manor House accommodates up to eight overnight guests for a whole-property reunion, with meal service for up to twenty and partnerships with neighboring inns for larger groups.
A reunion at Manor House might mean a long dinner on a summer evening, breakfast together the next morning, and an afternoon on the trails or in the library. It might mean something more structured. We work with you in advance to shape the experience around your people and your history.
Two hours of planning services with our innkeeping team. Ceremony setup in the backyard or at the great room fireplace. Charcuterie and crudité station during cocktail hour, with house-made iced tea and fruit-infused water. Full tablescape with fresh flower centerpieces, champagne or navy linens, and gold table lamps. A chef-curated four-course dinner plus (client-provided) cake service: seasonal appetizer, salad, sorbet intermezzo, and your choice of entrée — prepared to order with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Cake cutting and presentation (of your cake), served with chocolate-dipped strawberries and ice cream. Complimentary overnight stay for the couple, with breakfast for two the following morning.
